Terms of Service

By accessing or using popstrapx.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site.

All products on the Site are currently offered as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you authorise us to charge your payment method and agree that delivery will occur at the estimated launch date communicated at the time of purchase. Estimated dates are subject to change; we will notify you by email of any material delays.

Product images, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required by law. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card details.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

We ship to 120+ countries worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary by destination. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or events outside our control.

You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted. To initiate a return, email returns@popstrapx.com with your order number.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item and credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

popstrapx extensions are designed exclusively for official Royal Pop watches. We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party or aftermarket cases. It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility using the information provided on the Site before purchasing.

All content on the Site — including text, images, designs, logos, and product renders — is the property of popstrapx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or violate any applicable laws.
• Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Site without our express written permission.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, popstrapx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
